We are looking for Clinical Fellows/Senior House Officers to join our Junior Tier team due to team expansion, We are open to various working patterns, including Full time, part-time, nights etc. The successful candidate will join a team of highly dedicated medical, nursing and other professionals committed to providing a high quality service to local children and their families. The successful candidate will work in general paediatrics and neonates primarily and will contribute to the Junior grade out of hours acute rota on a pro rata basis within Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust. The Department is busy but friendly and carries a strong reputation, both locally and regionally. It is made up of a vibrant team of highly dedicated medical and nursing staff. The Department enjoys close working relationships with tertiary services provided by Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Neonatal Care is supported by the three regional level 3 NICUs at St Mary's, Royal Oldham Hospital and Royal Bolton Hospital. The successful candidate will work in general paediatrics and neonates primarily and will contribute to the junior grade out of hours acute rota on a pro rata basis. This is an EWTD compliant shift rota. We provide a 24/7 consultant led service so you will be well supported at all times in the day/ night. There are 10 speciality registrars (ST3+), 10 paediatric SHO's. The postholder will be covering General Paediatrics, Paediatric A&E, Level 2 Neonatal Unit, Postnatal ward, and attending deliveries (with supervision). There are plenty of opportunities for attending Children's Outpatient Department.
