As a member of People Consulting, you will:
1. Contribute to and lead workstreams across a diverse range of complex engagements in the financial services sector.
2. Design and create innovative solutions for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client needs.
3. Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clients.
4. Identify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activities.
5. Manage the operational aspects and risk management of client engagements.
6. Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members.
7. Contribute to delivery of wider strategic goals across PC and participate in initiatives that support the growth of the firm as a whole.
With a specific focus on learning, you will:
1. Shape, develop and deliver learning programmes, with our account teams and other practice areas.
2. Design and build the learning function of the future.
3. Develop learning strategies, including learning technologies, and subsequent execution.
4. Create impactful learning solutions - including the design, development, and deployment of learning assets.
5. Drive strategic change and organization performance through learning initiatives.
6. Lead pursuit and delivery teams to deliver client projects and business development activities.
7. Lead and manage complex learning projects and programmes of work.
8. Develop our learning offerings and products available across a variety of subjects.
9. Bring your innovation and understanding of the industry to ensure delivery of market-leading solutions.

To qualify for this role, you must have:
1. A comprehensive understanding of adult learning theory and behavioural change principles.
2. Core consulting skills gained through working in a professional services firm.
3. Experience in architecting learning solutions.
4. Experience of managing learning vendors alongside internal and/or client teams.
5. Ability to translate and operationalise learning strategy.
6. Ability to proactively build relationships and manage stakeholders.
7. Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills.
8. Experience of designing learning across different formats.
Ideally, you'll also have:
1. Experience of working across financial services: banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management.
2. Relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications.
