Join our client as a Senior HR Business Partner in London, working 37.5 hours per week with a minimum of two days per week in the office. This is a new role in the structure.

You'll be at the heart of developing and executing impactful HR solutions that align with our client's core mission, working alongside senior leaders to deliver people solutions that drive their goals.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will shape and deliver HR strategies that align with our client's mission and business objectives.
You will lead complex casework, performance management, employee relations, and key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, resourcing, restructuring, pay and reward, and employee engagement.
You will use data from HIRIS to identify process improvements, drive decision-making, and develop business cases for change initiatives.
To be considered, you will need experience of managing and improving employee relations, developing and managing change projects, managing conflict and sensitive issues, and developing workforce plans.
You will also need a strong track record of developing and implementing policy, delivering strategic priorities, analysing HR data, and working in partnership with stakeholders.
You must be CIPD qualified to chartered status and have knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
