Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division for a full time Administrative Assistant within our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Tonna Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for providing clerical/ typing support to the team, inputting of data for of our outpatients clinics, typing of clinic letters, and general administrative duties.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with a wide variety of personnel at all levels both internal and external to the Health Board.
We are looking for an individual who will and manage their workload, use their own initiative and who is able to cope with tight and multiple deadlines, in a constant changing environment .

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential
1. 5 GCSEs or equivalent, Grade C or above.
2. Level 2 or equivalent demonstrable experience/knowledge in Business Administration or similar
3. RSA II or equivalent demonstrable experience.
4. Proof of appropriate CPD.
Desirable
5. ECDL or equivalent experience and or qualifications.
