Site Manager Planned Works

Location: Slough
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Plus Package
We are currently recruiting for a national contractor who is looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist in the management and delivery of their decarbonisation project covering properties in Slough.
Responsibilities:
1. Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of external refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
2. Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient coordination, resource allocation, and timely completion of projects.
3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with housing association partners, residents, and key stakeholders.
4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and achieve project milestones.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements.
6. Oversee site activities, including site set-up, logistics, subcontractor management, and materials procurement.
7. Conduct regular site inspections, identify and address any issues or non-conformances promptly.
8. Prepare and present progress reports, manage project documentation, and participate in project meetings.
9. Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve any construction-related challenges.
