Job summary Lewes neighbourhood mental health team, formerly the ATS have an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join our developing service. Main duties of the job You will need to be flexible and adaptable as modern mental health services are constantly changing in response to best practice. The post will involve working with clients on CPA with complex needs and their families. You will be required to have strong communication and people skills and demonstrate a desire and ability to meet community service demands in an ever changing landscape. You will be working closely with existing current team members in identifying best use of resources in a needs led service utilising patient focused evidence based interventions. The successful candidate will join a very busy and evolving multidisciplinary team. They will be able to demonstrate; excellent clinical skills, being able to work under pressure, and with MDT colleagues managing patients who present with high levels of acuity and risk. 1.
