Key Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Reconcile transactions using Xero software, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
* Liaise with suppliers to correct invoices as required, ensuring timely payment and minimizing errors
* Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to resolve billing queries, providing excellent customer service
* Support the Financial Director with ad-hoc tasks, contributing to the overall success of the company
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Xero software and other relevant accounting tools
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
