Contract: Permanent, full time, 35 hours per week
Location: Kings Hill-based (Kent) with hybrid working (Office attendance whilst training and then 2 days per week in the Kings Hill office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
Do you have the skills and experience to build and develop a Forecasting function within a Finance team modelling balance sheets, income and regulatory capital?
We’re looking for a talented and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do
At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our FP&A Analyst you too will play an integral part in what we do.
You will manage and build out the financial planning and analysis function of the Bank. Lead preparation of business analysis and forecasting along with modelling the balance sheet and supporting Treasury activities such as the ICAAP and ILAAP. As our FP&A Analyst you will:
* Oversee and develop the Forecasting and planning for CAF Bank
* Model our balance sheet, NII, margins, regulatory capital and LCR
* Model expensed and capitalised costs, taxes etc
* Support for ICAAP, including capital forecasts and stress testing
* Support for ILAAP/Recovery Plan stress testing
* Develop our revenue management of pricing, margins and balance sheet management
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in FP&A within Financial Services or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for someone who is:
