Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 PA
Location: North West Based
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
2. Identify and prioritise prospective new customers and opportunities within the territory.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
The successful candidate will have:
