We are looking for an individual to undertake a Technical Instructor post within the Medicine Therapy Team at the University Hospital of North Midlands. The post offers the opportunity to work in an exciting University Hospital. The post will work within acute wards across UHNM sites: Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital.
The successful candidate should have experience of working within a healthcare environment and an understanding of Therapy interventions. The post holder will also be expected to complete competencies in both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
Therapy Services work within a 7-day shift system; therefore, there is a requirement to work late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
Supervision will be provided by the Band 5/6/7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist, and personal development is supported through appraisal and internal and external training.

11. Elective Orthopaedics In Patients and Outpatients
12. Obstetrics and Gynaecology Inpatients/Outpatients
13. Neurology
14. Neurosurgery
15. Cardio-thoracic
16. Paediatric Inpatient & Outpatients
17. Trauma Inpatients & Outpatients
