Prosperity House is a pretty Supported Living service, rated GOOD by CQC, and supports 4 adults. The people we support have mainly learning disabilities, autism and mental health diagnoses aged between 46 – 51 years and live in their own flats They enjoy eating out, going for walks in the park, cinema, voluntary job roles, swimming, singing and all the stuff that we enjoy Prosperity House enjoys free parking within the community and a max of 2 hours on the Redbourn High street. Staff with no private cars rely on public transport mainly bus which connects nearby communities like Hemel, St Albans, Harpenden and also Luton. Public transport is not regular on weekends and sometime non on some public holidays. Applicant without a car are reminded they will be required to work every other weekend. The service is generally calm and the people we support do get on well with the staff team. Applicant with a very good skill in the use computer especially word, good communication and valid driving licence will be a plus.
