Following an internal promotion, Leicester City Women’s Football Club have an exciting opportunity to join our Academy. This individual will support and oversee performance lifestyle and the education of all players within our Academy setup, with an emphasis on the Professional Development Phase (PDP) towards the positive mental health and personal development of all Academy members. This individual will be the key contact for players to ensure matters off the pitch are addressed, enabling them to concentrate on what's happening on the pitch. This role will involve working with under 18 players.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in:
1. Working in an elite high-performance setting and the challenges faced in them.
2. Experience of working with young adults.
3. Previous in-depth office management, administration, operational or secretarial experience.
4. Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
The ideal candidate will also have the following skills and knowledge:
1. Understanding of learning, development, and high performance with a proven track record of creating optimum learning environments for players.
2. Ability to work within a team environment, cooperate, consider the needs of others, and help others to achieve objectives.
3. A practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work, with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
4. Relevant pastoral education experience and/or player care/performance lifestyle experience.
5. FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency First Aid.
6. Level 3 certification in Athlete Personal Development and Lifestyle.

From its formation in 2004, the Club was run on an amateur and semi-professional basis with support from Leicester City Football Club.
