Part Time Accountant Job in Newcastle
Salary: Up to £22,000 (DOE)
Puro Associates are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours on their hunt for a Part Time Accountant to join their small, growing practice in Newcastle. This practice prides itself on providing high-quality services and exceeding client expectations. This is a great opportunity for an accountant currently studying or recently qualified, seeking to join a supportive team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preparation of accounts for limited companies and sole traders
* Preparation of VAT returns, self-assessment tax returns, and Corporation Tax
* Liaising with clients via phone and email, gathering information, and addressing queries
* Communicating with HMRC
Ideal candidate:
* AAT/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
* Experience preparing accounts for small businesses
* Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.
