This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operational leadership team and be instrumental in ensuring Operations as a function delivers high value service to the business
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders across all functions, Senior Management, IT, Business Solutions and Operations colleagues to identify operational process improvement initiatives, managing the refinement of business processes to increase efficiency, automation, productivity, and quality. The person in this role is key to propelling the function’s efficiency and effectiveness by implementing strategic improvements across process, systems, technology, data, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan a methodology to continuously review the Operations Function’s processes, outputs and ways of working to create a needs analysis.
2. Maintain an ongoing review of business needs, changes to the product, services, channel and business models that may require associated changes in operations/data/reporting.
3. Triage and prioritise identified needs and work with operational colleagues, business solutions, L&D, IT & Data to identify effective and cost-effective solutions
4. Make sure that the business benefits for process improvements are well-defined, agreed, properly measured and successfully delivered and evaluated
