Job Title: Inventory Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities: Management of Incoming Goods and Inventory Control: Interface with delivery drivers and receive incoming goods. Verify that incoming goods match purchase order requirements and report any discrepancies. Manage and update the inventory list. Record incoming parts using the D365 ERP system. Store parts and maintain accurate inventory records. Gather parts from inventory for internal builds according to workpack requirements. Report any shortages. Prepare completed parts for delivery and handle delivery paperwork. Coordinate all aspects of delivery. Maintain general housekeeping of the workshop and stores. Support the accounts department by reviewing and approving receipted invoices to ensure satisfactory delivery before approving invoices for payment. Adhere to project and company quality procedures and business management systems. Maintain and organize server files and folders as needed. Participate in departmental improvement projects and suggest areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures and promote good HSE practices. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and preferably ERP systems. Initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to liaise with multi-discipline project teams. Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver high accuracy. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and housekeeping skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project and organizational needs. Basic knowledge of workshop/stores Health & Safety practices. Familiarity with the D365 ERP system is desirable but not essential. Ability to operate a pallet stacker, gantry crane, and 5T forklift is desirable.
