Role Overview: As a Real Estate Partner, you will take responsibility for leading and expanding the real estate practice. You'll be advising high-profile clients across a range of sectors on business-critical and high-value matters. You will work closely with the firm's leadership to shape the future of the practice, managing key client relationships, overseeing complex transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.
