HR Advisor Role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for line managers and employees on the project and you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice and support to all sites.
You will have excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice, and you will be competent in deputising for the HR Business Partner including attending leadership meetings and making decisions in their absence.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting, coaching and upskilling line managers across the full spectrum of ER issues, particularly inclusion, discipline, grievance, capability/performance management and sickness
* Reviewing training needs across the region and arranging/delivering training as required
* Managing the full employee life cycle including onboarding and inductions
* Reporting and analysing employee data
* Coordinating the Professional Development Programme in the region and ensuring alignment between the professional bodies
* Organising wellbeing activities
* Proactively supporting line managers to build employee engagement, utilising data from SRM Pulse
* Providing welfare support to employees signposting them to specialist support where required
Your profile
* CIPD Qualified (or making progress to completing the qualification)
* Previous experience of prioritising, planning and delivering own workload to meet deadlines
* Previous experience of deputising for HRBP (or equivalent) and the ability to work unsupervised
* Full UK driving license and car
* The ability to build constructive working relationships with senior managers and other stakeholders (internal and external)
