35 hours pw, Based in London Borough of Croydon Start date: 17th April 2025 Fixed term full-time contract until 19th December 2025 We have an opportunity for an administrator to join our central team in supporting the therapeutic services at Croydon Drop In. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator to work within our award winning Voluntary Sector services. You will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and will be committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. Information about the Job Role This is a fixed term post, and we will seek recurrent funding to continue the post if possible. This full-time role will be best suited for applicants who are detailed-focused, patient, able to identify and solve problems using different sources of information, as well as being able to manage competing demands and balance a busy work schedule. You will be working to support our Therapeutic Services; these include our Community Counselling service, Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and Counselling in Schools services. Key Accountabilities: Provide administrative support to CDIs Therapeutic Services to facilitate theirfunctions. Provide support to those administering and processing data to ensure the reporting,monitoring & evaluation needs of the Charity are met. Provide day to day office support and respond to queries and enquiries for charitypersonnel, those needing to access our services and stakeholders. Direct interfacing with the CAMHS SPOC and CDI SPOC Assessing team to ensureaccurate data collation, data processing and general processing and management of all referrals.
