Role Title: Enterprise Architect
Required Core Skills:
1. Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate implementation of end-to-end CRM solution using Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Cloud
2. Background in Visualforce, Visual Workflow, APEX, Process Builder with ability to design, code, debug, analyse performance of solutions
3. Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API·
Nice to have skills:
1. Good Communication and leadership skills.
2. Strong understanding of SAFe based Agile SDLC implementation, able to converse with c-suite stakeholders.

Detailed Job Description:
-Should have played role of Salesforce Enterprise architect earlier.
- Should be able to converse with c-suite stakeholders-Establish trusted relationships with IPSD organisation in order to clearly understand program and specific project objectives and be able to communicate this to the supporting.
- The resource would further have exposure and experience in working with other technologies like SAP, Snowflake, Snaplogic, etc.
- The cadidate will take part and lead all strategic solutioning- creating a maintain the IT roadmap leading the development of Architecture Solutions in support of divisional projects and programs that are in line with business affordability levels; look for synergy opportunities to share development costs or reuse investment from other divisions; develop and maintain Business Relevant IT roadmaps and application evolution plans.
- At the commencement of projects have a clear handover process to project teams, staying engaged throughout to ensure successful deliver of expected business value.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships within the broader E&T Salesforce community, share business needs and potential solutions, communicate success to ensure synergy or replication opportunities are identified.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Salesforce as a technology platform and the wider IT trends that could impact or help IPSD business now and in the future. Look to articulate findings in terms of business value creation or period cost savings.
- When creating roadmaps show consideration for application rationalisation, removal of technical debt and ongoing alignment with Cybersecurity initiatives.
- Work with peers to establish a portfolio of information that can be shared IPSD business partners to explore future opportunities and quick wins.
- Have accountability for the CRM portion of the Business-Related IT Strategy. Be prepared to report out on a quarterly basis revision to this strategy to both IT leaders and senior business partners.
Contribute to IT process improvement activities as well as providing regular feedback on delivery partner performance.
