An opportunity has arisen within our Out of Hospital Care Collaborative (OOHCC) Division Bladder & Bowel Specialist team for a Band 5 registered nurse or Physio. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated nurse that has a passion for pelvic floor dysfunction/continence care and delivering health promotional advice to our communities based in South Warwickshire. The service is currently rebranding to the Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service with a focus of Health promotion at the heart of our care delivery. This role is for 37.5 hours with the flexibility and autonomy to work as part a dynamic team delivering high quality patient care and continence advice across the county to our patients, relatives and other health professionals. Providing continence advice and education to professionals working within the health care economy. Working with patients and carer’s promoting continence whenever this is applicable, and where not achievable the aim will be to manage incontinence to a high standard.
