Job Summary:
As Spada’s Ecommerce Manager, you'll drive online sales, optimise the shopping experience, and oversee e-commerce strategy. Leading the online trading team and digital marketing, you'll manage website performance, campaigns, customer acquisition, and inventory to maximise revenue and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Implement online promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, discounts, and specific offers.
3. Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation for the brand products.
4. Oversee the day-to-day online trading operations, including product merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
5. Collaborate with the product and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management.
6. Oversee the functionality, performance, and design of the e-commerce website, ensuring an optimal user experience.
7. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media initiatives, to drive traffic and conversions.
8. Monitor and optimize website traffic using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
9. Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accurate and appealing representation.
10. Oversee customer engagement and retention strategies using latest tools.
11. Analyse customer feedback and behaviour to improve satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates.
12. Work with the customer service team to address and resolve issues effectively.
13. Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies to build repeat business.
14. Manage the relationship with the performance marketing agency, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximising ROI.
15. Guide the digital marketing strategy, managing external suppliers in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
16. Track and analyse KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
17. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on ecommerce performance and opportunities for growth.
18. Manage the growth of the e-commerce team (if and when required).
19. Foster collaboration across teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
2. Proven years experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in retail or digital commerce within a fast-growth environment.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform Shopify or equivalent.
4. Strong understanding of online trading, CRM, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
5. Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and CRM systems (Klaviyo preferred).
6. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Excellent communication, analytical, strategic and leadership skills.
9. Comfortable to operate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred:
1. Experience in the lifestyle leisure brands or passion for motorcycle industry.
2. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
3. Familiarity with performance marketing tools and agencies.
