We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic and results-driven sales leader to take ownership of our revenue function, expanding our presence in the wireless casting, conferencing, and app-launching technology markets. This role is a blend of high-level strategy, sales ops and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
* Own and drive revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
* Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high-value deals and long-term customer partnerships.
* Create and execute sales strategies to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
Go-to-Market Leadership
* Oversee and be accountable for the revenue function.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
* Align sales and marketing efforts to create a customer acquisition and retention strategy that works.
Strategic Expansion & Commercial Leadership
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition tactics.
* Help identify new revenue streams, market segments, and business opportunities.
* Align closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions and messaging.
* Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and OEM partners, deeply understanding their pain points and business needs.
* Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain a credible sales pipeline that delivers deal coverage and a predictable cadence of wins.
* Leverage or introduce sales tools that help move opportunities through the pipeline.
* Implement a structured approach to outbound prospecting and lead generation.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Background
* 7+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally with OEMs, enterprise customers, or SaaS solutions.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving consistent revenue growth.
* Experience in wireless casting, conferencing, or related technology markets is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and commercial negotiations.
* Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
* Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and close deals with senior decision-makers.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
