The opportunity
They are recruiting an Administrator to join their friendly team and looking for an individual who is committed to providing exceptional administrative support.
This role is perfectly suited to someone who likes all things administrative, and someone who takes pride in their role and has exceptional attention to detail.
You’ll be joining as a supporting member of the team and will support their subscription service for clients to ensure they remain compliant. You will need to be a proactive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about joining them and enjoys working as part of a team but can also work on your own initiative.
Responsibilities
1. Accurately recording information onto their CRM system and external systems.
2. Communicating over the telephone with clients.
3. Daily use of Office, Excel, Outlook, and in-house and external systems.
4. Escalate issues to management as and when required.
5. Transfer of data between systems.
6. Liaise with all members of the company.
7. Ensure enquiries are dealt with during, or immediately following, the first contact with the client. All enquiries are to be processed within agreed performance standards, the Data Protection Act, and the Group’s Confidentiality Policy.

Experience
15. Experience working in an office environment with a small team of dedicated members of staff.
16. Experience in communication within a workplace environment, both written and verbal.
17. Experience with Data Entry and/or Administration.
18. Experience in working within a FCA regulated firm is desirable but not essential.
19. Experience within an automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
20. Experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting is desirable but not essential.
