Job summary We are looking for an Estates Operations Officer (Mechanical) to join the Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd estates team to manage key mechanical disciplines for the operational estates service provided to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and external clients. You will need to demonstrate strong team working skills; have extensive experience of working in an Estates/FM environment (ideally in the Public Sector) and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This post will play a key role in meeting the estates statutory requirements for mechanical disciplines. The successful applicant will work within a mechanical team of 3 professional engineers managed by the Estates Operations Manager (Mechanical). The role also requires the post-holder to take part in any future estates on-call manager rota, for which additional payments will be made.
