Responsibilities
* Assist in classroom activities and lesson preparation
* Support the lead teacher in delivering educational content
* Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Valid DBS clearance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Previous experience in a classroom setting preferred.
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles
This role involves working in a school environment, collaborating with teachers and students. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional participation in extracurricular activities or events.
