B2B Telesales Executive
Do you have experience in business development via cold calling?
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building strong business relationships? As a B2B Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:
1. Account managing existing clients
2. Cold calling potential new clients
3. Generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
4. Promoting our products/services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
5. Managing and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term business
6. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
7. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and following up on prospects
Requirements
1. Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar role
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. A consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset
4. The ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
5. Experience using CRM tools is a plus
6. A proactive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment
Package
Salary to £35,000 + Commission 15-20% Salary
Hybrid 1 day per week - 4 in office
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
