Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills? An organisation based in Harpenden is looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to provide temporary support in a finance and administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
* Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Handling data entry with accuracy and efficiency
* Using basic ICT tools for financial and administrative tasks
* Supporting the finance team with general admin duties
* Responding to finance-related queries via email and phone
* Ensuring financial documents are correctly filed and maintained
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bookkeeping knowledge and experience
* Confidence with data entry and ICT systems (Excel, finance software, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Available to start immediately and commit for at least two months
