Salary: 34.11ph (PAYE) / 43.24ph (Umbrella)
Duration: 3 months - option to extend
Location: Sutton, Greater London
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high-quality service to customers and colleagues by delivering:
1. Customer Experience Services
2. Allocation Services
3. Customer Resolution (Complaints)
4. Resident Engagement
2. Support and lead customer access to services through various forms/tools.
3. Line manage and coach team leads for their development and progression.
4. Lead on maintaining the Customer Excellence accreditation.
5. Manage supplier/main contractor contracts to ensure value for money and demonstrate excellent partnering and relationship management skills.
