The Clinical will be responsible for the internal and external facing clinical leadership of Bolton Talking Therapies Service. They will provide clinical leadership to the whole service and will support the Operational Manager in ensuring adherence to the service standards for clinical activity, and that staff work within procedures, protocols and guidelines for the service. They will provide expert advice and consultation within the service; and outside to members of the primary health care team andsecondary care services. The clinical lead will ensure service delivery is in line with national and local priorities and performance expectations.
