A beautiful estate in Hampshire, located within the South Downs National Park, is looking for a dynamic data entry and accounts administrator.
Rotherfield is a progressive mixed farming estate near Alton. It comprises residential, commercial and agricultural property as well as commercial farming, forestry and environmental management.

Position
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in a busy farm office. This will be a varied role predominantly to support with processing of invoices as well as general administration. The right can do attitude will be valued as much as previous experience of similar roles.
Duties will include:
Accounts: Processing purchase and sales invoices, coding and obtaining authorisation, management of utility bills including providing up to date meter readings, credit card management and processing timesheets.
Office Admin: Main point of contact for office correspondence and management of the accounts and office inbox.
Requirements
You will need to be self-motivated and happy to get involved in a variety of different tasks as necessary and enjoy working as part of a friendly and motivated team in a rural environment. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
· Excellent aptitude for all things technical and proficient knowledge of MS Office.
· Basic understanding of accounts.
· Desire to learn quickly, capable and able to grasp new systems.
· Confident working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
· Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
· Interest and/or understanding of Farming and Countryside.
· A team player who is flexible and adaptive and works well under pressure.
· Ability to work with the utmost discretion.
