Fixed Term Contract for 12-18 Months
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Implementation Service Lead to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services on a fixed term contract for 18 Months - this role is hybrid but with travel across the UK including overnight stays three to four times a week.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
* Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations.
* Training & Support: Train and coach staff on new processes and systems.
* Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
* Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues.
