The Customer Service Advisor will be part of a busy team who provide pre and post sales advise on a range of Gardena, Flymo and McCulloch products.
The successful candidate will work within a team to ensure business response times are met.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our end users in the UK:
• Handling high volume telephone calls, emails, text and chat in areas such as parts sales, warranty enquiries, general enquires and providing product information • Supporting our end consumers but also retailers and our dealer network. • Ability to create cross departmental relationships and to maintain good working practices to the company guidelines. • The position is office based initially once fully trained this will be a hybrid role, our office is based at Newton Aycliffe.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
Customer Service experience
Willingness to work in a demanding and customer focused environment .
Ability to focus on solutions rather than the problems
Confidence in managing customer expectations
Experience in using the Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite of this position, both internal and external
Able to work within a team but also on own initiative
An enthusiastic team player with good organisational skills
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Ability to prioritise work
Ability to multitask under pressure
