Administrator, £22000 per annum, Temporary, Full time, 28 days leave, pension, free parking
Our client has over 150 years' experience of manufacturing pumps, valves and automation and is recognised as a world leader. They are hoping to recruit, temporary initially, a dedicated Administrator and Support Officer.
Key roles
1. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
2. Dealing with email enquiries
3. General office management such as ordering stationary
4. Diary management and arranging appointments, re scheduling appointments and cancelling jobs.
5. Working closely with our site managers, operatives and sub contract labour to ensure jobs are completed within target.
6. Uploading documents into our management system.
7. Raising orders and updating system throughout job through to invoicing.

8. Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Able to work well with others.
11. Able to work on your own.
12. Resident focused approach.
Based; Loughborough Salary: £22000 per annum
