Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Hummel product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, and all the social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Hummel product line.
2. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
3. Help with the setup, management, and optimization of the Hummel product line on Shopify.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for effective marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
6. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
7. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
8. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising.
2. Experience with all the social media platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
2. Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
3. Familiarity with sports merchandise and apparel marketing.
