Job Overview
We are now recruiting an exciting new position into our organisation. This position is integral in our commitment to fully support our Key Retail Accounts, ensuring they are able to deliver the best purchasing options for their customers. The position sits in our wider Key Account Manager team and will work cross-functionally across the business in order to be consistently delivering excellence to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic retail accounts which will incorporate e-commerce, sales and marketing, understanding their needs and objectives to drive mutual growth and success.
* Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our presence in the omnichannel retail market.
* Provide insight and support to strategic customer retail proposition by seeking out and proposing range reviews/range extensions/new product lines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels, aligning strategies and activities to support omnichannel initiatives.
* Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Work with strategic retail accounts to provide assistance, by using key data points to implement a strategic strategy to the benefit of both organisations.
* Lead negotiations and manage contracts within strategic retail key accounts, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for retail, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
* A strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and best practices.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with key strategic customers at all levels within the organisational structure of strategic retail key accounts.
* Strong business acumen.
* Demonstrable negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
