TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for our client based in North Wales (Deeside). This is an excellent opportunity to join this busy and expanding team. Our client is a very well-established & award-winning business communications company, who have been established for more than 20 years.
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
* Basic salary is £25,250k.
* Additional annual attendance bonus and company bonus.
* Monday to Friday working hours - 9am to 5:30pm (or 8.30am - 5pm)
* Hybrid working opportunities after training / probationary period.
* 20 days holiday which increases by 1 day each year (max 30 days), plus bank holidays.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST’SDAY:
* This role encompasses both internal and external customer service, provisioning hardware, fault diagnostics and ongoing product support.
* To provide an excellent Customer Service Experience and manage client expectations.
* To manage faults, requests, and enquiries on behalf of the customer in relation to Broadband & Hosted Telephony.
* To provide day to day product support and training to existing customers.
* Occasional site visits to resolve issues when required.
