Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role
Pride in London is seeking a Head of Campaigns to join our team of volunteers. The Head of Campaigns role will be a highly collaborative and creative role, working across year-long projects as well as bringing the main yearly parade campaign to life.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of marketing projects by working with our team of Marketing Managers to deliver marketing activity for Pride in London.
* Develop processes and procedures to support the marketing managers and team to deliver quality campaigns.
* Build relationships across PiL Operations and Partnership team.
* Develop and implement collaborative and creative campaigns that speak to the community.
* Work collaboratively with designers, PR, wider marketing team, and internal comms to translate opportunities and challenges into tactical campaign strategies.
* Manage various campaign elements, from digital marketing, design briefs, talent and stakeholder management.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* 5+ years of existing marketing experience, either in-house or agency.
* Experience of working with external agencies.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Able to handle varied workloads and work odd hours - this is a volunteer role on top of your 9-5!
