As a crucial member of our highly successful Conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in delivering a diverse range of services to our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing first-class service to individuals, charities, businesses with property portfolios, and banks. What you will do
1. Take ownership of your own caseload which will consist of sales of properties via auction, transfers of equity and other transactions where we act for business clients.
2. Manage matters throughout the span of their lifecycle and undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
3. Drive forward each transaction, understanding each client’s specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
4. Liaise with external stakeholders throughout the life of the transactions.
5. Work closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided, ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
What we’re looking for

It is essential that you have prior experience of working property transactions and have experience handling a busy caseload. Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills are needed together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will need to be able to tackle issues and problems in a logical, step by step way with an eye for detail and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
About the team
Our Conveyancing Services team spans a multitude of different specialisms. Each team has specific levels of support and technical experience, and each of our Conveyancers take ownership of their caseloads, assisting their clients through the drafting of relevant documents and ensuring compliance to enable housing transactions to go through smoothly. We strive to get to know our clients and take the responsibility of our instructions seriously. You will have the backing of a 50 employee + size team to help you along the way.
Pre-employment screening
Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process which includes a financial integrity check and a DBS check.
Eligibility to work in the UK
Eligibility to work in the UK will be verified in the final stages of the selection process. All candidates must be able to prove their right to work in the UK, which may include meeting the Home office criteria for Visa sponsorship.
