About our Fast Track Team
Working on claims with a maximum value of £25,000 our Fast Track team deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes for Minster Law clients, to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the business.
What you’ll be working on
You will be responsible for a high-volume caseload of RTA pre and post litigated none portal claims, following Minster Law best practice, in order to progress your claims through to settlement or transfer to litigation. Types of cases managed may vary from time to time a which may include both bike and car customers.
Your day-to-day
1. Assess quantum to include reviewing medical reports and researching and obtaining relevant case law for complex multi-site injuries
2. Drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation for pain, suffering and loss of amenity, and other general damages
3. Drafting Court proceedings, dealing with direction questionnaires, adhering to court directions and timescales, preparing relevant documents for disclosure
4. dealing with telephone hearings, submitting evidence and instructing Counsel/other appropriate experts as required
You should apply if you:
5. have previous experience of managing your own caseload of RTA pre-Litigated claims/Personal Injury Claims and good understanding of the CPR and litigation processes.
6. are tactically astute and an excellent negotiator with strong communication skills.
7. can achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work quality & client care.

8. are working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive or other recognised legal qualification.
9. are robust and able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives.
