NPD Manager - Brighton About the role The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a NPD Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact This is your chance to contribute to the growth of our industry-leading portfolio, working across our exciting brands, including The GelBottle Inc and Peacci, and to take responsibility for the timely delivery of the NPD pipeline (200 SKUs per annum). You'll also oversee CPA project management to ensure every product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. In this role, you will become a customer expert, gaining insights to pinpoint their pain points to source and launch products that improve their businesses, and could also expect to: Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating cross-functionally with regulatory, design, lab teams, and more to deliver industry-leading products on time and in full. Act as the department's customer expert, conducting market research and staying ahead of trends and innovations to identify opportunities in the professional nail industry. Craft compelling ingredient and product messaging to highlight the uniqueness of our products and support marketing and launch campaigns. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, expanding the partner portfolio through briefs and collaboration with new and existing suppliers. Monitor product performance, review existing ranges for EPD opportunities, and ensure internal teams are briefed on upcoming launches and unique product features. Coach, support and empowers NPD assistant helping them to fulfil their full potential. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. About you: With proven experience in New Product Development specifically within the beauty industry (preferably professional beauty), you'll bring your knowledge to the team which includes formula development, manufacturing, packaging, regulatory and ingredient claims. To succeed in this role, we think you'll also need: Strong organisational skills with experience in product coordination and CPA management, able to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and with external partners. A proactive, positive mindset, thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
