We are offering an employability service to support individuals between 16-30 years old with application writing, interview skills, and other employment support.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills, and Training
Essential Criteria
1. Experience of business administration in a large complex organisation.
2. Organisational skills e.g. time management, ability to prioritise.
Job Specific Experience
Essential Criteria
1. Experience of taking high quality minutes of complex meetings capturing precise and succinct action points.
2. Experience of agenda planning, collation and distribution of meeting papers and following up on actions at board and committee meetings.
Desirable Criteria
1. Experience of working with senior staff and also dealing with members of the public.
2. Working knowledge of corporate governance practices and their value to the organisation, particularly the public sector.
Information Technology
Essential Criteria
1. Good working knowledge of computer programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Publisher).
Personal Attributes
Essential Criteria
1. Ability to use own initiative.
2. Able to work under pressure.
