Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A relevant degree in the subject area.
A passion for teaching and inspiring young people.
Excellent subject knowledge and a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
