Main purpose of job
This role will form an integral part of our sales team, and will grow to encompass other projects as you become more embedded into the business.
Key Responsibilities, Duties And Tasks
* PA support for Sales Director and senior members of the sales team: Travel bookings, Mail merges, Attendance in key meetings and following up actions, Supporting with delivery and execution of sales strategy
* Sales reports and dashboards: Weekly & monthly sales reports, Other ad hoc reports and business cases as required, Power BI/Phocas reports, Customer rebate calculations, ERP maintenance and systems: Setting up customers and leads, Setting up suppliers and raising POs for sales department and other departments where required, Support on new system implementation where required (Hubspot), Completing customer spreadsheet/product information requests
* Managing and implementing price increases: Annual price increases for all subsidiaries - implementing annual pricing strategy across all SKUs, creating list price list, all customer price lists creating master spreadsheet for upload into ERP, Ad hoc changes to pricing structures, Creating customer price lists
* Event management: Arranging Accora training events - booking venues, sending out invitations, coordinating diaries, catering, feedback and post event actions, Exhibitions - coordinating diaries, equipment, health and safety forms etc, Arranging collateral and promotional support for events, Attendance on online training events
* Tender and bid writing support: Managing tender processes including ‘tick box information', free entry essay type questions, excel product information etc, Managing Accora's tender process including alerts to forthcoming bids etc, Social value coordination including charitable donations
* General office management: Staff uniforms, End of year gifts, Stationary/office supplies etc, Customer lunches/hospitality

* Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses
* Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company's Health and Safety Policy
* Act as an ambassador of the Company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public

Qualifications and training
It is essential that the postholder has: Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent.
Experience And Knowledge

* Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills
* Strong IT & Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
* Ability to flourish in a competitive environment
* A fast work rate
