We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a world leading manufacturer of precision engineered components. This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest engineering groups in the UK specialising in machining and assembling solutions for the automotive industry.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who will provide integral support to the manufacturing process in ensuring quality from start to finish. You will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring lean manufacturing including team training and development.
You will be responsible for the auditing processes and oversee all product development procedures.
You must have experience of the following:
1. Quality Management Systems conformance to ISO9001/AS9100/IATF16949/ISO13485
2. IATF16949/ISO9001/AS9100 Lead Auditing
3. APQP
4. PPAP
5. FMEA
6. Gap analysis
7. Data analysis
8. Employee training and development
Hours are worked between Monday and Thursday between the hours of 6am and 9pm. Fridays off!

19. Oversee all product development procedures
20. Create and submit detailed reports and perform data analysis
21. Set compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved and exceeded
22. Internal process improvement projects
23. System Gap Analysis
24. Creation of process and management system documentation
25. Designed and implemented training to further develop staff based on business goals
26. Planning and carrying out internal and supplier audits
