My client is a highly respected professional services practice with a first class reputation.Due to continued client growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the team.Reporting to the Head of Operations and Divisional Director the duties will be varied and include:-
* Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
* Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
* Assist with billing and invoicing processes
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and visitors
* Assist with client intake and data entry into case management systems
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services business
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
