We’re searching for a dynamic Customer Migrations Representative to join our incredible team. In this role, you’ll:
✔️ Manage the end-to-end migration experience for customers moving to our cutting-edge SaaS solutions.
✔️ Ensure revenue retention and growth while promoting the full value of IRIS products.
✔️ Provide world-class support, turning challenges into seamless experiences.
📋 Key Responsibilities
* 🔄 Oversee the full migration process, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* 📞 Proactively engage with customers to showcase the benefits of our product portfolio.
* 💡 Identify opportunities for upselling and lead generation to drive additional revenue.
* 🤝 Collaborate with the wider commercial team to hit shared goals.
* 📈 Provide regular progress reports to the Migrations Manager.

* 🎓 Degree-level education.
* 💻 Experience in software sales (highly preferable).
