Role: Experienced Draughtsperson
Location: Norwich Workshop NR6 6AQ, Norfolk or Fakenham Workshop NR21 7RN, Norfolk.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Draughtsperson in a full-time position at our Norwich or Fakenham workshop. The successful candidate will work as part of a project team to transform drawings and renders provided by designers and architects into accurate and well considered technical drawings with a focus on efficiency of manufacture as well as aesthetic and functional quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
A positive and resourceful self-starter, capable of taking ownership of design drawings and working as part of a team. You will have a good understanding of form and function, be a creative thinker with an eye for detail and have strong commercial awareness.
Candidates applying will have in-depth knowledge of furniture and joinery construction methods using solid timber and panel products as well as the integration of third-party hardware. You will be experienced and competent with AutoCAD and preferably, 3D software. Coming with excellent visual communication skills, you will be able to communicate visual and constructional details effectively to the workshop and clients. 5+ years of drawing experience in furniture, cabinetry or specialist joinery will be required as minimum. Solid Works & SWOOD training will be provided.
Tenacity and problem-solving skills are required given the high level of bespoke work and complex installations undertaken by the company.
