Global Program Manager Apple
The International Program Manager - LifeTech ("IPM") will be responsible for developing the strategy for local and regional programs in line with the BU business plan. They will formulate business objectives related to new business volume, program profitability, and lease penetration rate.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Formulate partner program plans in collaboration with GBU Management and Retail/Enablement Directors, aligning resources with sales management
* Lead program execution across regions and develop value-added products/services to enhance vendor relationships
* Support multi-country program implementation and manage expansion efforts
* Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment with GBU strategies, and organize regular business reviews
* Develop and implement program strategies aligned with broader business goals and collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, sales, and risk functions
* Set and communicate sales targets per country, supporting sales activities
* Monitor program KPIs and review performance regularly, collaborating with CFO and Program Management leaders
* Implement partner/vendor program plans, providing support and training within signed agreements
* Identify where DLL adds value, address pain points, and improve value propositions
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing GBU and DLL externally
* Analyze and report on program objectives and market developments to leadership

* Program profitability, growth, penetration, and customer satisfaction
