Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week)
Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Basildon.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
1. General administration to support the daily running of the office
2. Printing and organising customer letters
3. Access and utilise contract specific Systems
4. Inputting and submitting timesheets
5. Spreadsheet and calendar management
6. Ordering and recording of tools, equipment and PPE
7. Raising and actively managing purchase orders and invoices
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience in an office administration role preferably within the engineering/utilities sector.
2. Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills, in particular a good understanding of the MS Office Suite.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
