Business Development Consultant - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000)
We are 4Com ; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a self-motivated, confident negotiator, able to work as part of a small professional team, in a targeted environment.
As a Business Development Consultant you will contact, pitch and close Managing Directors and Key Decision Makers from our existing customer base that require a replacement to their traditional phonelines and/or broadband services, to newer alternative solutions.

What would I be doing as a Business Development Consultant at 4Com?
14. Using targeted data based on telephone exchange stop/sell deadlines, you and your team will contact our existing customers by telephone.
15. Using the sales script/structure provided, you will aim to deliver the sales pitch immediately, or otherwise agree a more suitable date and time to do so.
16. You will ascertain the customers telecom requirements by researching their current set up and discuss the most suitable packages available with associated costs, answering all questions, and correctly dealing with any objections.
17. Keeping the sales diary up to date with planned appointments, accurately recording outcomes and notes on the CRM.
18. Ensure that your product knowledge is up to date to ensure maximum return from data.
19. Continually manage reschedules, maintaining an organised diary of call-backs, and intelligently nurture prospective customers with relevant emails and follow up calls as required.
